IT Project Manager

Charles Simon Associates are currently looking to recruit an IT Project Manager on an initial 18 month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) for a forward thinking business and leader in their field based in the Liverpool area.

 

This role is a home based role predominantly, with travel when needed to Liverpool

 

Location: Home based with travel to Liverpool

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum plus a fantastic benefits package

 

Skills/Requirements for the IT Project Manager:

• All candidates must have previous experience of delivering CRM projects
• Any CRM experience would be acceptable with a preference for Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot or ClickUp
• Previous experience of re-engineering existing business process to fit the new systems
• Strong Stakeholder Management
• Experience of working extensively with 3^rd party providers
• Ability to lead people when needed, however this role doesn’t have any direct reports
• Experience of dealing with project budgets
• Prince2 certification is highly desirable

 

Start date is ASAP for the IT Project Manager

 

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Delivering the definition, planning, Development and operation implementation of the new system across the entire organisation
• Actively managing project progress, scope, budgeting and risks throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Providing governance and control structures for the design, implementation and management of business processes
• Managing the day to day supplier relationship, ensuring the project is kept on track and that the agreed SLA’s & KPI’s are met
• Ensuring 3^rd parties produce realistic project plans and taking action when they deviate from those agreed project plans
• Ensuring projects are managed according to best practice principles
• Providing reports to the project board on a regular basis
